Hello I am Aaron owner of ForgottenBuilds! We are currently in search of some one to make us a website all it will have on it is some information and a way to fill out a application for us to build something. Please pm me if interested I have a small budget.

He explained that he has $11 in his PayPal - but didn't want to spend it all.
He doesn't have a domain or hosting.

He then said that he would only be willing to spend $6!

$6 wont get you a domain and hosting - let alone a custom website...
