Maybe sir, if you had a problem with Matt when he worked on his own, you should've taken it up with him at the time.

He did actually, and it seems like your "records" have admitted that he changed them. And as for bad press, it most likely wouldn't be bad if it weren't for your "sales assistant"'s way of handling it. If he had apologized and refunded me, as you claim you would have done, I would probably be writing something along the lines of a solid testimonial.

You never tried to help get my money back for the scam. You just argued that what he did was legal... Wait a minute, it's not!

Plus, I'd appreciate it if you put a list of all of your staff on the website. I'm certain that Matt has had at least 3 companies in the past with an abundance of support, sales, and advertising reps. Those were just an easy way to defer any wrongdoing as "talk to these people", since it wasn't his realm.

You lead on that Matt DID change the terms, which is true. And now you need to change the story to say that he didn't, now that you've learned that it's not legal.
