Can you code a plugin that if you right click a spawner (In your hand) it gives you an random spawner (3 tiers) Tier 1: Pig, Cow, Sheep, Squid Tier 2: Creeper, Enderman, Blaze, magma cube Tier 3: Irongolem, Mooshroom, Slime, zombiepigman

How about a plugin where when a player kills another player 2 pigmen in full iron with an iron sword spawn where that player died and chase the killer. After 15 seconds they call for "backup" and 2 more spawn on the killer. Each time you kill a player your wanted level goes up by 1 and more cops spawn. The max is 6 cops at a time. Also say if you are a player who is wanted, if another player kills you when u have a wanted level of 1, they would get $5. If u had a wanted level of 2, they would get $10 and so on. If its possible a placeholder for featherboard would be cool too.

KitPvP upgrade-able kit menu, such as paying money to upgrade helmet, or apply enchantment. That'd be cool! Menu should be chest-like.

A plugin where players can open a GUI and visually see various enchantments that are unlocked and locked (locked/unlocked depends on rank they currently hold). Players can then apply enchantments in the GUI using an in-game currency system. Enchantments would be applied and you're all set to go. Could be fun for some KitPvP based servers.
