No, but if you're lagging af and you're trying to pvp or mine or do something it'll think that you're hacking and it'll spam an op saying you're hacking.

Yeah. I think it is virtually impossible to get rid of this problem with lagging players. Some plugins may be better than others, but overall, there is no way to completely fix this.
