What kind of advertisement helped you the most?

I'm wondering which advertising method helped you the most. I need something to make my player base increase.
I know for a fact that publishing your server on different lists can help, but I've haven't got any good enough results.

Youtubers! Try to find a few YouTubers to record at opposite times and keep the PB up. If you have enough money you can really grow a server. I once paid $80 for 50 episodes from a YouTuber with 40k subs!
