Ok so I made a new paypal and to recieve payments it wants a Photo ID and SSN document to be able to put funds in my balance like what the fuck i've never had to do any of that before with my old paypal

Id get mine unlimited except the phone number my paypal is under is my old one and I cant change it

Yeah it happens a lot now kind of annoying If im able to I like to use cashapp because its so much easier but sometimes for deals I have to use paypal my first one got limited after receiving a payment of 400$ But nothing we can do about it ;-;
