What's the best image host to upload this to?

I created a very large thread design for my investment thread, Amicus Network. The file is 37.7MB. ImgSafe, my normal host, says the file is too large. Prntscr can't handle it, and Imgur doesn't work on MCMarket.

What image host could handle a PNG file that large?

Although http://pomf.se/ shut down a while back, there's a list of clones there that should work. I know the owner of pomf.se pretty well.
Unfortunately some antivirus software may mark the websites as dangerous as people tend to upload malware to it.

Are JPEGs smaller?

Yes Jpeg files are much smaller, from what I have seen, they still have the same quality as Png files.
Just convert to jpeg and you should be good to go!
