Hi guys,
It's O-T here and happens I want to learn new things (that's rare so...), I'm a Java Developer and make plugins at the moment, plus I know HTML and CSS, but I want a new start somewhere else, what do you think is worth learning to code?
Thanks :)

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Honestly, if you know Java (when you're good in Java) you probably have the understanding of OOP. Therefore many modern languages like C#, Python, etc. have the same concept. So it's not that hard learning these languages.

As you know HTML & CSS I would consider you looking into JavaScript. Nowadays you can even make mobile (hybrid) applications with it. See for example:
  • Facebook React
  • Apache Cordova
  • Ionic Framework

In my opinion php, its great. It's complex but if you pick it up, you should be able to do some advanced things.
PHP is really bad. I coded PHP for about a year and didn't like the language at all. Have you ever checked out NodeJS for example? If you're going to learn that (with JS frameworks like VueJS) you will never go back to PHP. :D

Thanks dude, will try.

I think it's worth learning code as the payment in it is usually very good and over time sometimes goes up :)
Wot? I code and it does pay good when plugins are made right, but I want to learn something else.
