It just depends on the size. Generally when we build, there are 3-4 builders working on it to get the highest quality possible. We have to find a way to pay each of the builders a fair sum on money to keep them building for the team.
I hope you understand, maybe we can come to some kind of agreement?

Let's face it, really what I am paying for is for the builders. I could care less how many builders work on it, I'm paying for the build and how it looks, not $15 an hour a builder that raises the price to get you guys money. Sorry, but not happening.
Thats fine, but I don't think I ever said anything about hourly pay? Its generally just the builder you get stuck with that is bad, no the team itself (You can request a specific builder). Please don't let a few "new/bad" builders drag the reputation of the team down.
Last time I checked, (via website) builders are paid $10 to $15 an hour per build. This may not be the most recent update, but it was a policy.
And also seeing that your best builder just left (Myller), I'm probably not going to hire anyone else, except for Bruno which I'm friends with and is a Master Builder on the team.
