Which Server Host Should I Go For On An SMP Server?

As the title reads, which host should I go for on an SMP Server?
I'm considering ShockByte, however I do not know if they are the best.
The amount of people I want on the Server at MOST is 13 at once.
Vinilla Server, probably no plugins (maybe 1-2).

Should I go with Shockbyte?​

Anvilnode is the bomb other hosts that offer 20pounds/GB can get off this post lol.

AnvilNode dosen't have their own Hosting place, they lease it. I'm going to go with GalaxyNode. Thanks for the advice though!
