Why? (Server Crashes)

My server keeps crashing randomly, and I have no idea why.

I honestly can't deal with this, with the internal errors, and everything.

you need to post more of an error log than that as it doesn't show much,

A way to test is to disable all but the core plugins (eg world edit, plotme, multiverse and perms based ones) then enable each plugin 1 by 1 and restart server to see what the plugin causing the issue is

With the very few information you have given, I can only think you are using a plugin which is not supported by the Spigot Protocol Hack.
