Not going to lie, I don't know much about https and I am not going to act like I know all about it. However what I knew about it was that it made the site more secure (protection wise mostly). Anyways after a quick google search I found this http://prntscr.com/7wkfv9

We had issues with it, simple as that. It's more beneficial to remove https than to keep it.
