a developer codes the plugins him/her self. not use public ones from bukkit

I mean "Develop" in a different sense. I am Willing to install and configure any plugin to the users liking. When most people say "I am developing a server" they just mean they are configuring and setting everything up, in most cases not developing any plugins.

I never said I was a developer and when i say develop I mean I am creating a unique server for the liking of the user.
