Hey there! I'm Xemo, and I'm a fourteen-year-old Australian male. Today I am offering system administration / management to any server that needs it! A list of things I can do are below:

• Forum management (setting up permissions, ranks, etc)
• Staff management (recruiting and demoting staff)
• General Management (both of the above)
• I can work with Buycraft and Minecraft-Market.
• Configure plugins
• Anything you need done, I can probably do it!

So you're probably wondering what I do in these services, right? So here is what I do:

Staff Management I hire, train, promote, and demote the staff on your server. I will decide who to accept and who to deny.

Forum Management I (setup) (and) run your forums. I will be the person to setup the permissions, make staff ranks, give staff their ranks, etc.

General Management I would manage the forums, manage the staff team, fix bugs, and generally help out around the server. I can also suggest and configure plugins to your liking.

Plugin Configuration: I will configure your plugin(s) for an extremely cheap price (depending on complexity). My configurations are always well above standard, so you know what to expect - an amazing result!

I have a localhost server will I use quite often as a way of honing my skills and improving. I have configured multiple servers on there, including prison, factions, skywars, and skyblock.

TOS:

• Payments must be made via PayPal F & F.
• Refunds are not available.
• If it is halfway between a month and you fire me or I quit - I will only quit due to harsh treatment from the owner / staff - you must pay what those days would be worth.
• I have the right to change these at my discretion.

Now, for the very last thing I want to say that all prices, and what I do, are completely negotiable! I'm happy to work around your budget and do what you need me to.
