The app looks great, I'd recommend you change your applying position to Helper though, you'll have a better chance of getting accepted.

Past Experience: I am a Helper on Hyperbian. I did also own my own server. I have been moderator on Crepered and Warfine. I have staffed on 10+ servers that I didn't mention, just Helper on those ones.
What you will do to help as a Staff Member: I would help in many things. I can help prevent hackers. I know how to trace down hackers. I can watch out for spamming and swearing (If that will be a rule). I really can help out everyone that needs help. I have staffed on several servers (that I didn't mention) that really had terrible staff that don't help. I do help. The good thing about me is I can literally help all day without getting bored, cause that is what I loved to do. I am a boy scout also. This gives me all I need to be a great person. I would love to work with a server like XenArch because I will have many opportunities to help out the community of people. I honestly love to do this job. It makes my day when I get home from school or am done what I was doing to just help people in games, or irl! I just hope this server will be right for my brain.
Why you want to join as a Staff Member: I think I would be a great staff member on XenArch for multiple reasons. One would be I have experiance with interacting with other staff members, and I am not shy or rude in anyway. Secondly I have been doing this for about 1 year now and I've had plenty of experience with other servers like XenArch. Also, I do help out people if they need it. I love to help other people out in the real world or even in a game. I also am a boy scout, this helped me think about my actions in live. Now, I am trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, kind, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. These skills have been added into my life to give others the feeling of doing this pledge. I also am doing very well in school. I think intelligence can help you in anything, including games like minecraft, because if u make bad decisions, you many not have the intelligence you need to succeed this skill. Another topic would be I work to my best of my ability and I will do my duties as a helper to make the server the best place it can be, and try to make newcomers and older players in minecraft have a great experience. I love to get along with players and I try my best to keep trouble makers and hackers no where close to this server. These powers I may have feel tempting to abuse, but abusing powers is completely wrong. I would never, even if I am getting demoted, abuse powers. If I had Helper for 5 seconds, I wouldn't abuse it. I keep my temper under control of myself, and I don't try to force the issue in this type of situation. I think I could make a big help to this server. Lastly, I put effort into my work. If I didn't put effort into my work, I would be a failure in anything, including school or minecraft.
