Xenforo Website Setup

Hello,
I am seeking for someone who is good with xenforo settings, knows how to configure it and setup basically anything I need to be added or setup there. I am also looking for a reputable member with a portfolio or something to back him up that he knows xenforo well. I will be paying for this service.

What I need done:
Setup theme
Setup permissions
Setup tags
Setup all the colors profiles etc
Setup forums
Make the site look appealing

I do have some examples of websites I like. I do have a theme I would like you to apply. More may be added to the list but this is all for now.
