Hello!

So i have put into consideration that if my server works out fine, i am willing to get some youtubers to advertise. But, as it is one of the things i haven't done while running a server, i want to know how to i contact them and what do i say.

- Just straight up contact them?
- Go though a man who knows an uncle who knows... (ect)
- Ask about their prices?
- So on.

Or just find some people on MC-Market.

I'd just stick to finding YouTubers on MC-Markert. Since I'm pretty sure the bigger YouTubers are receiving tons of requests day in and day out.

- If you're contacting a person from MC-Market, then I usually PM them, or if they say to reply to their thread. Then do so.
You should reply saying, what your server is about, current playerbase, what it is about, etc..

- Going through a person who knows some relatives, etc.. Is pointless. You could give it a try I guess.. Although in my opinion, it's strange to have a relative on the same forum as I am on.. o_o

- Yes, you should ask about their prices for a certain amount of videos or series. Or if they've listed, then it's best to not ask or they may get annoyed. Although, depending on which YouTuber. =) If they do get annoyed that easily just for you asking for their prices.. That's a denial to a customer then.

- It's pretty much straight forward, unless you're contacting PewDiePie LOL.. Here's an example of how I'd contact a YouTuber. I haven't done that in a while, so yeah....

1. I either message them on Skype and start up a conversation then go from there. Or 2, I send them a PM.

Hey [Person]!

I saw your YouTube Services and I was thinking about hiring you. Although, I am curious about your prices! How much would it cost for [Quantity] videos? I may even be interested in a few seasons of series. Please contact me on [Social Media] at [Name]. I hope to hear you soon!

Thanks,
Samuel

That's just an example, lmao. If you want to go really formal. Although I just usually say..

Hey, I saw your offer for YouTube services. I'm very interested in a few videos, and so please contact me back on Skype @ [My skype.]

Skype -----

Me: Hey!
Person: Hey!
Me: I heard about your services and I messaged you on MCM. (I don't know if you saw it or not.)
Person: Yeah, I saw it.
Me: Awesome, well can you list me your prices?
Person: Sure, $5 per a video. Price depends on series. More to $30 for each series. A series has 10 - 15 videos.
Me: Ok, great! I'll order a few videos around 2 - 3. Series, I'll skip that for now.
Person: Ok, that's fine.
Me: Oh yeah! I saw some vouches on your thread, and I'm not trying to be a rude person. Although could you comment in [linked video] saying "Faker is a faker." It can be in your description if you want.
Person: Sure, here you go.
Me: Ok, great! I'll start paying you once your first video about my server is up!
Person: Alrighty!

Skype -----

Ok, so that's not exactly like every YouTuber conversation I have, but it's just like an example you know?

Anyways, I hope this helped. If it didn't then oh well.. ;-;

Start of with smaller youtubers, 250-750 subscribers. As they only charge around $2-5 per video.

Then as you proceed. Go for the 1k+ youtubers

Good luck
250 subscriber ones aren't worth it imo..
