Youtuber for Factions Server

I own a factions server (fairly new) and I'm looking for a youtuber with above 10-15k. I will pay a certain amount per video (we want more than 1) and the first video, I'd offer around 30$ USD.

You must have legit subscribers and viewers, no viewbotting or anything like that. Not accepting people like that.

Obviously subscribers, 10-15k views can be viewbotted.

You don't get my point. You asked "Wait 10-15K VIEWS? or subs" I said subscribers. I don't want to look for a youtuber with 500 subscribers with 10-15k views, that means nothing. They can easily viewbot the video. I don't think you get it, viewbotting isn't 'real' people. They're all fake viewers, so you'd gain nothing. I want a youtuber with over 10-15k+ subsribers with LEGIT views.
