Yea for a Youtuber who gets roughly 10k would be around $200. I was contacting a bunch of YouTubers and the best value currently (I think) is Bashurvurse who charges $1000. He gets roughly 240k. With that being said you would need a powerful server for it to be worth your while. For example if you were going to pay him 1k and then your cap is at 20 players then not many people will be able to login and get hooked on your server so therefore it's not worth the money. I like to pay a little more and start with people that get 5 - 15K views and then slowly expand.

I would go around on youtube to smaller YouTuber's and look at there info for Business email's and start there
