    Are you talking about if servers break EULA? As far as I know, profiting off of Minecraft isn't illegal, but breaking the EULA is well...breaking the EULA. Also agreed with Tommy, I'll feel bad if I continue sending responses on your thread, so I'll be doing the same.

    Early Minecraft was focused more on survival and community, friendship and just enjoying the game altogether, which is essentially what Towny entails, it's a community-focused server that has a progression that you can experience with friends.
