    I'd rather choose hosts that don't charge for CPU usage, why? They offer atleast 100% of usage as far as I know and it starts for as little as $1/GB. Like you said, MC servers are CPU-centered so if I wanted more cores, I sure as heck won't pay $10 more, I'd just go with a VPS or any other host...
