MC Bedrock Hosting for PocketMine server

Looking for a host that, instead of the Java used on Minecraft PC, it would be the PocketMine server software coded on PHP for Minecraft Bedrock servers, I trust that many hosts are familiar with it and it can already be easily installed as an egg on Pterodactyl. Will be used as a test server to develop and update outdated plugins for now.

Budget: $1/GB
Location: Preferably in US West (LA)
