    Fortnite PayPal Issues?

    Whenever I try to buy v bucks // online purchases with my PayPal it says We could not process your payment or we could not make pre-approved payments at this time please try again later. This is frustrating and I have a verified PayPal so I don't know what's going on.

    Title pretty much says it all. I can send payments to some people like my parents and buy steam wallet but I can't send money to certain people. I got a debit card linked and everything just not a bank card but I don't think that effects anything because I used to be able to send money to this...
