    Paid the user a downpayment to start a large development project ($$$). We agreed on the terms and everything was good. I tried to message the user after failing to hear from him since Nov 17th. USER ENDED UP BLOCKING ME, SCAM REPORT IS IN THE WORKS. DNDW!
