    Make sure you have the plugins that are needed to make it work. I'm not too sure what it is however Vault, PlayerAPI, and Essentials help this problem in most situations.

    Although I do think its custom I've seen about 15 servers that all have it, maybe they sell it to each other I'm not too sure. I would ask Noah how much he wants for it but he overcharges a TON for his plugins and it wouldn't be worth it.
