Crate Plugin

There's a popular crate plugin used on factions servers and skyblock servers, basically its a chest that has particles coming out of it and when you right click on the chest it has a gui with all the different types of keys. Then when you click on a key it rolls that crate. Does anyone know what crate plugin this is or if its custom?

Maybe it's custom or a paid plugin, but I bet it will not be free.

That's not it. I've looked around for it and have had no luck. Here's some images for anyone who may be able to help.

Although I do think its custom I've seen about 15 servers that all have it, maybe they sell it to each other I'm not too sure. I would ask Noah how much he wants for it but he overcharges a TON for his plugins and it wouldn't be worth it.

That's not the plugin I'm looking for. If the plugin comes up first few pages of google searches then its not the one. I know there are similar plugins out there however this seems to be the best one. I was hoping someone on here would have the plugin I am looking for not link me to spigot crate plugin pages.
