I have Shadow Play and I can gladly say it has the worst quality that I've seen throughout softwares even on the highest settings. Its awesome for a free program but not comparable to some other programs :P
You cannot buy a GREAT card however you can build a fairly decent rig with this price range. I recommend saving your money rather than buying what you can at them moment if you're really determined to buy an amazing rig.

Where did you purchase this? If this is the plugin I believe it is then it is no longer for sale and only obtainable through leaking. However you shouldn't be asking us weather you can sell it or not. If you were not given rights to sell it by the owner then you can't sell it period :PTo answer...
You need the plugin itself but you just have the config?
Also have you seen the plugin in game, is it the plugin where lava particles spew from the top of the crate?
