Well I heard you can withdraw money from a limited account after 180 days.
But when does this countdown start? Do I have to do something, or do it automatically give out my ends after 180 days?
It already says "This limitation cannot be appealed against" - Means even if I link my bank I won't be unlimited.
Also since I'm not 18 I can't link my bank without them seeing
Hey, my paypal account just got permanently limited.
("We recognized some unusual action in your bank account linked to your paypal" - which is complete bs because I never linked a bank account to my paypal)

I though about moving my paypal money somewhere else what allows me to move it back after a time.
For example you can use paypal to buy e-currency on a site and then sell it again/move it back to paypal, should be more safe than holding the money on paypal itself...
