Hey, my paypal account just got permanently limited.

("We recognized some unusual action in your bank account linked to your paypal" - which is complete bs because I never linked a bank account to my paypal)

I heard some people can get the money out for a fee.

If anyone can or knows someone who can - please contact me

It already says "This limitation cannot be appealed against" - Means even if I link my bank I won't be unlimited.

Also since I'm not 18 I can't link my bank without them seeing

Tell them your account is limited and that you need to pay for your [Censored] account

Well I heard you can withdraw money from a limited account after 180 days.

But when does this countdown start? Do I have to do something, or do it automatically give out my ends after 180 days?

According to PayPal's TOS, if you're under the age of 18, and want to make a PayPal account, you need to setup a student account.

It looks like you have an adult account (and you are considered a minor), which is why it is limited.

Once you turn 18, you are able to open that PayPal account once again (once you provide proper identification).
