He didn't give any information, we tried uploading his documents online but it wasn't in the name that the paypal account was so they wouldn't accept them.
Just get your dad to call them up and explain the situation and if you're bank account is linked they'll transfer the money there.
Happened to me last year, my account got limited, and you need to send ID. My dad phoned up for me and explained the situation that I was underage and they transferred the money to my bank account.
