    Another very important aspect is creating a unique concept and thoroughly planning your server before starting to develop stuff. Make sure it's stuff that's new to the minecraft world. we don't need the 10 millionth BedWars server that has the same downloaded plugins like everyone else has.

    I'd start off small w/o bungeecord and especially with an interesting twist to your concept. There's thousands of OP Prision servers, so make sure it's memorable and unique. Once you've gained a player base, you should give Bungeecord a shot.
