    To keep the story short I need a business account but it wont actually let me at the moment. Does anybody know if there's an account age or what requirements that I need to meet before hand?

    Shouldn't be too hard if you have the correct content. I'd advise you post on a lot of business forums though, the Chinese are a great market they love things like this!

    You'd have to be more clear on what industry you'd want to go into, unless you want to cover them all. However I would suggest getting a site ready (WordPress) and possibly Mailchimp for emails and what not. Let me know how you get on, if you do decide to go on with this. Wish you all the best...

    I'd say less then 30 and that's because it's very simple and with the right person it wouldn't take long to complete, make sure you go with somebody that can provide you with proof though of past work, I have come across a few flukes in my short-time here already.
