How old/or what requirements do I have to be to get a business account?

To keep the story short I need a business account but it wont actually let me at the moment. Does anybody know if there's an account age or what requirements that I need to meet before hand?

18 Even though half this world is under 18 using business accounts

You don't need to be 18 to make a business account on MCM lol.
There might be a time requirement, but I'm not sure.

It is based on posts and how long you have had your account created.

I know that but I needed to know what the requirements are...
