yeah that just shows you want someone to do work for free with the possibility of no payment, not as dedicated and 'serious' as you claim to be. perhaps change the method of recruitment. quite interested in who decides to work for you though good luck.
by that logic cant you also say you're offering a developer position instead of saying requesting developer? just kinda weird how you worded it tbh that's why he told you to change it
^ i made him a website and he didn't pay me so he basically made me waste my time making a website. (not really scamming as i havent given him the website but just wasted my time)
