I do understand this buisness, I am requesting developers that are loyal and work for cheap prices. I am willing to pay but I am saying you need to show me your skills before you get paid and help us out.
I never said you were going to do it for free, I am saying that you need to stick with the network for a while and not always expect pay. You will get paid once you show us what you can do. Do not expect to come in one day and get paid 30 dollars for 1 plugin. Not how it works in my eyes.
