In need of Developers, RazeMine Network!

Recently, we have been having some troubles finding developers to create our server network!

We have advertised on many different websites, but none have seemed to fit our role. We are looking for experienced developers that know how to code and edit config files with the owner and co-owner. You shall, be experienced with java and coding plugins. We need people that take their jobs seriously and get the job done. We are a rising network we lots of different gamemodes but we cannot do this by ourselves. We do plan on paying our developers and website developers but this is if you stick with the network for a while and do not always expect pay.

I never said you were going to do it for free, I am saying that you need to stick with the network for a while and not always expect pay. You will get paid once you show us what you can do. Do not expect to come in one day and get paid 30 dollars for 1 plugin. Not how it works in my eyes.

Getting paid 30 dollars for 1 plugin is how this business works. There are freelance developers and developers that are sticked to a team that does business on MC-Market. I am sorry but I think you do not understand this business.

Loyalty is overrated. Money makes people "loyal" but even then, their loyalty isn't towards you but the money.
