I do feel like it's worth it if you have the money though to buy a fully custom terrain.
Fire could probably help with the terrain, he has some generation methods that make his services extremely cheap. It may not be completely custom, but it's a lot cheaper than everyone else charges, and most of the things you might need he can provide.
