Factions Spawn, Koths and Warzone

Hello MCM, I'm looking for a factions map using the normal minecraft world generation, obviously some edits to the terrain to allow for koths or warzone, but other than that the world generation should be completely vanilla.

I would like 3-6 koths in the world and they should each be semi-unique.

The main spawn location should have a shop somewhere within the spawn that has plenty of room to put many signs needed to make a functional sign shop. The spawn does not need to be very large, it just needs to be functional and look really nice. The sign shop should obviously go with the style of the main spawn location.

The warzone needs to be semi-flat so that the players trying to pvp will not be annoyed by constantly being tripped by blocks.

My maximum price I would like to pay would be $60 or lower, although depending on the quality of the map I would negotiate a price.

If you already have something like this made, please include various screenshots of your work, along with the koths and warzone area.

Hey. I feel like you wouldn't be able to find this at $60. I mean the warzone + spawn + 3-6 koths, ehhhh that's usually way more than 60. If you want though, I can sell you a few KOTHs that you can put in the map. Because I have 3 koths ( non exclusive ) for $3. And another one that's exclusive.
