    I already paid this loan off.. the loan was with his setup company at the time, which he left and I paid off the loan with the new owner. So there is no scam report or resolving to do.

    Justis R I can’t stop laughing on him. I tried to contact him on the same PM and asking him to send back the money but he didn’t reply and simply left the conversation.
    The good thing I raised a dispute ticket on PayPal to get back my money. Thanks god PayPal protect us against scammers. And I will be waiting to see his proofs, hope he will not scam others till then...
