Devouch! Scamming multiple people. Stupid excuse’oh my card was hacked’ ok. Don’t let him fool you. Any bank will let you personally walk in and withdraw money from your account and he could easily do that and load onto a prepaid card. The user already has been reported multiple times and currently has two open scam reports.
