I hired wasteofoxygen as a Developer on my server. He made me kind of a big plugin that should have taken up to 1.5-2 weeks and finished it in 3-4 days even though stuff with his personal life and work getting in the way. The plugin is also well optimized. If you need a plugin done for your server I recommend you use this guy. He is going to continue being a Dev for me as I have plenty of work for him :D
