    Please approve my post on the thread. This kind of thing shouldn't even be public - people are coming across the thread thinking we've done something wrong, but we're not even given a platform to explain the situation because responses to the thread are locked.

    We responded to the client's ticket within 10 minutes and they were already issued a refund, despite violating our terms of service.
