All Commands in This Skript
Player Commands:
/home (alias: /homes) — Opens the homes GUI to manage your homes
/sethome — Sets a home at your current location

Admin Commands (OP only):
/hc — Opens the Home Cooldown Manager GUI to set cooldowns per group
/homereset <player|all> — Resets all home data for a specific player or all players
/homegroup <player> <group> — Assigns a player to a cooldown group

Permissions used:
maxhomes.<number> to set home permission
Maxhomes.14 — Controls how many homes a player can set this will set to max 14 homes
home.icon — Allows players to use custom icons for their homes
