Hoppers Update fixed

A bug with the hoppers update was fixed!
(Hoppers update it's just for vanilla hoppers, i'll add support to other hopper plugins in the future)

A problem with upgrades was solved!

A new permission was added, now you can use advancedchests.open.<chest_name> to give access to a player to open a certain type of chest.

A command was edited, now you can use /ac give <player> <chest_name> <amount>

A new permission for the upgrades was added advancedchests.upgrade.<chest_name> this permission will allow to certains players to buy specific upgrades.

Important Change (Holograms)

due some bugs with the holograms i decided to implement Holographics Displays API into the plugin for making it more stable, Now if you want to use the holograms you will require to use Holographic Displays,
