New blockplace priority option

The block place event was added to the priority configuration at options section.

+1 Configurable event priority added!

New option added (EventPriorities)

Now you can edit event priorities in the new section called even-priorities
You can choose between (Ordered by execution time):
LOWEST
LOW
NORMAL
HIGH
HIGHEST

Languages corrections!

The Languages.yml was edited and corrected, thx to Kiing for helping me with this.

Optimization (Placeholder removed)

The placeholder %price% was removed from the sells icon, it was causing lag problems so i decided to remove it, maybe will be implemented again in the future but meanwhile will be remove for performance improvement.
