Not updating on the builtbybit latest version on the other site is 9.23.6
But it's been more than a month on BBB its still on an outdated version 9.23.0

The website updates way too slowly. The developer’s official site already rolled out the new version ages ago.

Most incredible and supported plugin to have custom enchants out there.

I've been using AdvancedEnchantments for more than 3 years before buying again on this platform, and overall the plugin itself is powerful and does what it promises. The feature set is great, and when issues like dupes or crashes happen, they do eventually get patched.

However, the support experience has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased the plugin through the official AdvancedPlugins.net website, but there is currently a version mismatch: SpigotMC and BuiltByBit has 9.22.8 available (for ~2 months now), while the AdvancedPlugins.net site is still on 9.22.7.

I opened a support ticket about this, which was closed without any response. I opened another ticket, and also asked in the public Discord channel (multiple times, been weeks), I still haven’t received any reply or any information.

At this point, the issue isn’t just delayed support, it's the lack of any response at all across multiple channels.

If anyone considering buying this plugin, be aware:
- The plugin itself is good and widely used
- But support responsiveness is currently very inconsistent, even nonexistent

I hope the developer can improve communication, because this experience makes it hard to rely on the product long-term.

They lied that it will work with Executable Items in prepurchase, and support is very slow, and I'm lucky I already had prepurchase ticket; others can't even verify since their verification doesn't include BBB. This is legitimately a scam, and I have been robbed and lied to.

Months go by and this plugin hasn't been updated on BuiltByBit. I assume it's because they want you to pay more on their site. 26.2 Support is not on BBB, support isn't responding

Please update to the latest build or give me a refund. I've spent a lot of time on discord trying to get support, but they can't give me the latest build, not even the official release, and keep me waiting...

Very good enchantment plugin but pls add a support for 1.8.9 I'm going to buy it and I was told that this plugin worked in this version and that's why I gave it 3 stars.

I liked it so much, there is very nice systems, but the new update 9.9.4 wasn't released, and the plugin has been blocked, so I can't use the plugin until the new update be released.

first time plugin on BuiltByBit and the results are really worth it, but the downside of this plugin is that the plugin version is far behind compared to Spigot, please reconsider...
