Fixed the error of not being able to run the plugin, sorry for the bad experience, now you can use it

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your support of Amethyst Drill! This update brings two major changes based on community feedback to improve functionality and administrative control.

New Features & Improvements​

* [IMPROVED] Vertical Mining Logic: The drill's breaking mechanic has been completely reworked. It will now always break a 3x3 vertical plane based on the player's cardinal direction (North, South, East, West). This makes creating consistent tunnels and shafts much more predictable, whether you are digging straight ahead or down into the ground.

* [ADDED] Reload Command: You can now reload the plugin's configuration on the fly without restarting the server!
* Command: /amethystdrill reload
* Permission: amethystdrill.reload

* [CHANGED] Command Structure: The old
