Command rework and admin backpack management

I added a way for server operators to view and access players backpacks.
I reworked the command structure so way cleaner now by using subcommands.
/backpack <number>
/backpack title <number> <new title>
/backpack plugin reload
/backpack view <username> <number>

PlaceholderAPI, /reload and bug fixes

  • Added PlaceholderAPI even though it's kind of minimal currently.
  • Added /backpack-reload to reload the plugins config.
  • Bug fixes regarding the changes on players maximum backpack amount
