Better Files Manager vA1.18.0

• Fixed bugs where File drag overlay stayed on, now with proper implementation and pointers
• Fixed bug where when dragging internal files you werent eable to use scroll wheel
• Made clearer UI for dragging internal files
• Added that files can be now dragged into file of opened sub dir
• Added ranged requests feature for media streaming with blobl fall back - media is now streamed if wings is configured
• Added Browse file explorer, now user can choose between Browse and Tree file manager
• Improved Audio Player waveforms
• Removed pterodactyl useFlash implementation and instead implemented our own solution
• Added Metadata decoding for audio files, now it display song image, author etc
