Blue Spoof | AI-powered fake players v3.6.0

Never got around to writing a proper review for it but massively overpromises and under delivers. Tired of getting DM'd on their supports discord from other customers asking if the product works for me so here is my review.

When I originally purchased the plugin it didn't work at all on a paper 1.20 server. I got initial responses from support rather quickly from the creator who told me they would work on fix or refund me. A week passed with no update, so I reached out and asked if this would be fixed. Again, no response for several days. Frustrated, I opened a dispute on BuildByBit as I did not have any other recourse with the seller ignoring my messages. It was only after opening a dispute did I finally get a response and an update saying they "forgot". Mind you, this took the span of over 2 weeks to get a functioning product that should have worked when it was published here.

So then, I was finally now able to "use" the plugin. Only to realize that most of the functionality that it advertises doesn't actually work! The chatGPT functionality for example, most of the configuration toggles would be completely ignored. The advertised "API for developers" that's supposedly documented in the Wiki, doesn't exist. You can check their Wiki and you will find no mention of it but it is advertised here. The integration into velocity is laughably bad showing "Anonymous Player" for each fake player because it doesn't pass the username. The caching function that it advertised back on release Jan 7th did not exist, it created blank files and would never actually cache anything, only today do I see an update that supposedly implemented this functionality. Its "TAB" integration that is so proudly showcases literally forces the fake players into the very first row regardless of the TAB configuration instead of wherever players are actually supposed to be listed.

Saying all that, the one good thing that it has done, is being able to setup an old school response bot to various chat questions with hardcoded responses.

Great plugin! It does what it was supposed to do. Support (On discord) responds quickly and efficiently, solves all problems, asks for details and does not let go until it works! At this point I am not able to say a bad word. I will be testing all possibilities soon.
